Creating Outdoor Perfection in Your Backyard

"I sent Freddy an email on a Saturday, after becoming thoroughly frustrated with the guys who I've hired to maintain my yard for the past 4 years. He responded quickly and I showed him almost everything that had annoyed me about my existing maintenance guys; I was ready to give them up! Freddy helped me narrow the scope of what I wanted him to do; we agreed on a price (seemed reasonable to me) and started the week following July 4th. All I can say is "Wow"!!! Freddy and his team planted a beautiful hedge of Ficus trees in front of my house and along one side, to fill in the sparse and mousey looking ones that were planted by the guy's who I had hired to maintain my yard almost 9 years ago!!! He also built a custom trellis for a wall of super dense ivy, nearly 16 feet high, which had fallen on one end of the wall. When he finished with the trellis, I was a little concerned about the growth of the ivy on the end of the wall where the ivy had died. Freddy suggested bougainvillea (I chose the color Fuchsia), which will become just as dense as my ivy. He not only came back and had his team plant them, he made certain that all the new plantings, including the hedge of Ficus trees and 4 strawberry trees that his crew had planted in the corner of my backyard for privacy, would get a sufficient amount water. He repaired my drip system that the guys who normally come to maintain my yard don't even bother to assess for vulnerable spots and leaks. I think what I like best about Freddy is his ability to create wonderful ideas by critically listening to his clients. I was ready to "let go" of my existing garden maintenance guys before meeting Freddy, but after they took one look at my lovely new landscaping they're now stepping up their service of my yard!
